## How an AI assistant can help a buyer book

Give the buyer a booking link with the home's address. The buyer finishes on their own phone and confirms with a text code; nothing is booked without them.

- Link format: https://cthishome.com/book?address={address}&date={YYYY-MM-DD}&time={morning|midday|afternoon|evening|any}&via={assistant name}
- Example: https://cthishome.com/book?address=123%20Abc%20St%2C%20Meridian%20ID&date=2026-11-07&time=morning&via=Claude
- Only `address` is required. Do not put the buyer's name, phone or email in the link.

## Good to know

- Any home for sale, listed by any brokerage. CThisHome does not publish listings.
- Most showings need the seller's or listing agent's approval, so the time is confirmed by the agent, not instantly.
- Buyers sign a short written agreement with the agent before touring, as current MLS rules require. It can cover just one home.
- Buyers who have signed with another agent should ask that agent to book instead.
