Privacy

What we collect: the home you want to see, your preferred times, your name, mobile number, optional email, and the answers you choose to give (how many people, how you're buying, whether you have an agent, notes).

What we never ask for: Social Security numbers, bank or card details, loan documents, or anything about race, religion, family status, disability or national origin.

How we use it: to confirm your request by text, to have a licensed Mountain Realty agent contact you and schedule your showing, and to follow up about it. Reminder texts are sent only if you opt in. Reply STOP at any time.

Who sees it: Aaron Edwards and the Mountain Realty agents assigned to your showing. To book, your agent shares your name and showing time with the listing agent or showing service. We do not sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it: showing records are kept as long as Idaho brokerage record rules require. Unconfirmed requests are deleted within a day.

Text messages: we text your mobile number only for this showing: your one-time confirmation code, and, if you check the box to opt in, your confirmation, reminders and any change to the time. Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 5 texts per showing. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-message consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Questions or deletion requests: aaron@3idaho.com or (208) 921-2195.
