The service: CThisHome (cthishome.com) lets home buyers request a private showing of a home for sale in the Treasure Valley, Idaho. It is a service of Mountain Realty LLC, a licensed Idaho real estate brokerage. A request is not a confirmed appointment: a licensed agent confirms the time with the seller's side. Buyers sign a written agreement with their agent before touring, as MLS rules require.

Our promise: a licensed agent contacts you within 20 minutes of your confirmed request, 8am to 8pm Mountain Time. Requests outside those hours are answered starting at 8am.

Frequency: varies, usually 2 to 5 messages per showing.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time; you'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call (208) 921-2195 or email aaron@3idaho.com.

Privacy: we never share or sell your mobile number or text consent to third parties for their marketing. See our privacy policy.
