Who meets you
A licensed Mountain Realty agent meets you out front, a few minutes early. Their name and number are in your confirmation.

What to bring
A photo ID. Your agent checks it at the door to keep sellers' homes, and our agents, safe. Bring anyone who's helping you decide.

The short agreement
Current rules require a written agreement with your agent before any tour. It can cover just this one home, and your agent explains it in plain words.

How long it takes
Most showings take 20 to 30 minutes. Take your time, open closets, ask anything.

After the tour
Your agent follows up the same day. Want to see more homes or talk about an offer? Just say so. No pressure, ever.
